Frequently asked questions
How do I join Plan-IT?
Plan-IT is currently invite-only. Enter a 6-character invite code from a friend on the welcome screen, or request access from our home page and we'll notify you when a spot opens.
How does voting work?
Anyone in a plan can add options. Each member gets one vote, which they can change until voting closes. If two options tie, the plan creator can launch the spin wheel to settle it.
What is Nova / Wing-It?
Nova is Plan-IT's built-in assistant. It can suggest a time to start a plan and, in Wing-It mode, pick an activity for your group when nobody can decide.
How long do Memories stay open?
After a plan is finalized and the event ends, the Memories window stays open for 24 hours so everyone can add photos. After that, the album is saved to the plan and can be viewed any time by its members.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me → Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or email us at hello@planit.app and we'll process the deletion for you. Deleting your account removes your profile, votes, and connections.
Something looks broken
Try force-closing and reopening the app, then check the App Store for updates. If the problem continues, email us with your device model and iOS version.
